MEET THE DREAM TEAM! Antoinette thought a visual would be useful so she matched up some real life actors to be the "prototypes" for her characters. Most of these talented people have no knowledge of nor do they endorse this project. It's been asked if Antoinette is trying to cast an eventual movie of her novel here. Her reply? "Most, if not all of these talented people in question would do a wonderful job of portraying the character they are a prototype for. I expect the problem would be trying to pay the salaries of such an illustrious group all in one movie. It would probably be worth it at the box office though. :o) Mostly, they're just here for people to enjoy the concept." *About the photos. Some photos were submitted by the person who is the prototype. Some are press photos, posters, or screen shots. The photos labeled "stock photo" are photos that are showing up freely on the web, often seen for sale on Ebay and other sites. We therefore have no idea who the photographer is but would love to credit them. If you are a photographer who is tired of seeing your work plastered all over the net without credit (or just somebody who knows whose picture something is) by all means contact us. We are always looking to have accurate credits listed and would be happy to provide a link to your professional web site. Also, if there are any photos posted that you as the photographer would like removed we will do so if requested. On the flip side of the coin, if you think you have a better picture to use by all means submit it. Lastly, if you're a "prototype" and have an objection please let us know. We want to keep this fun and not step on anybody's toes! All that being said, enjoy! Jack Hawk is very much the gentleman in keeping with the British aristocracy he was born to. He is handsome and tall, with brown hair and brown eyes that sparkle with intelligence and a profound love of life. He is the sole heir to the vast Hawk fortune, working alongside his father as a successful businessman. Jack is exacting and prefers to oversee everything down to the finest details. The name game. "Jack" was a good, solid, appropriate name for someone from the period. "Hawk" was inspired by a Nighthawk carbon monoxide monitor. Antoinette didn't want a typical "Smith" or "Jones" short British name and "Hawk" was perfect.
Lord Charles Hawk, Jack’s father, shares Jack’s passion for life. Charles is quite intelligent and a progressive thinker for his time, beloved by aristocracy and peasants alike. Lady Samantha Hawk is a classic ageless beauty with long light brown hair and hazel eyes. Samantha is every inch a lady, with a figure that would be the envy of women half her age and possessed with a will of iron. Fiercely intelligent, she is the perfect match to her husband, Charles. Aramis is very much the scholar. Profoundly intelligent, he is always seeking to gain knowledge and enlightenment, and is far ahead of his time in his thinking. He and Lord Charles are not only business associates but the very best of friends. Aramis has sandy brown hair and dark blue eyes that are always dancing with good humor and is well proportioned with classic aristocratic features. "Aramis" was a name Antoinette always liked. She first heard it because it was the name of one of the "Three Musketeers". No implication that this Aramis was a musketeer however. "Avante" was a telephone book discovery. Raven Avante, Aramis’ daughter, is a classic beauty with long dark brown hair and captivating brown eyes. She is the picture of elegance and grace as well as quite intelligent. Aramis has insured that she is well educated, as he already understands in the year 1790 that women should be as educated as any man. "Raven" was the name of a lovely young woman Antoinette once knew.
Pierre Lafleur is a French aristocrat’s son thrown out of his home because he would rather be an artist than acquiesce to his father’s desires that he live up to the responsibilities of one of his station. Jack and Raven find Pierre face down in the streets of Paris beaten within an inch of his life. Pierre is practical, intelligent, and truly an artist to the core and he is the glue that keeps things together time after time. He is a handsome, well proportioned man with light brown hair that falls just to his shoulders and hazel-blue eyes. He is a complete extrovert and not afraid to live each moment to it’s fullest. "Lafleur" is a made up name Antoinette conjured up.
Destiny Star, a beautiful young woman who has known more tragedy and pain in her young life than most people know in a lifetime. She was thrown out of her foster home at fifteen because her foster father was a little too attracted to her, one of two incidents that lead Destiny to distrust men. She is a classic beauty with brown hair and eyes with the even facial features that the modeling industry loves. Beneath the beauty is an intelligence and compassion that has no limits. Brandy Rose, Destiny’s sister by circumstance, is a perfect counterpart for the quiet Destiny. She is a petite beauty with blonde hair and blue eyes, always bubbling over with energy. Brandy found Destiny after Destiny had been thrown out of her foster home. Brandy had been thrown out of her own home by her drug addled mother so the girls had a lot in common. Raphael Miranda, Mr. Super Hunk. No further explanation required. He is the male lead in fragrance commercials for a new cosmetics line, very well built and handsome with blonde hair that falls to his shoulders and blue eyes. Jareth DeFranco, a man from the wrong side of the town who lived his mortal life in the 1920’s by his skill with his fists and a gun. He is not exceptionally tall but powerfully built with brown hair and gentle brown eyes. When he was gunned down in the line of duty as a bodyguard to a mob boss they left him in a dumpster to die. His immortal father saw the good in Jareth, and now Jareth is the very best bodyguard available. He will stop at nothing to protect those in his care. She first heard it in the movie Labyrinth. Jareth was the goblin king in that movie. DeFranco was the name of a singer, Tony DeFranco back in the 1970's and Antoinette always thought it was a classic sounding Italian name. Alan Anderson, a young man brought into immorality by his mad sister to serve as her immortal companion. He is a fairly tall and rugged looking man with medium brown hair and brown eyes, whose heart is always in the right place. Alan at first appears backward, almost retarded as his sister orders him around and beats on him. Once Alan is freed of his sister, he faces the challenge of learning how to function as an immortal with an immortal’s strength, with some surprising results. "Alan" is a classic American euro-mutt descent kind of name. "Anderson" sounded pretty straightforward as well.
Daphne Anderson, psychopath immortal style. She has long brown hair and intense blue eyes, a very petite and attractive woman but completely immoral and vicious. The name game. Antoinette's best friend when she was a little girl always wanted her name to be "Daphne" when they played house. Antoinette always thought it was a pretty name. It has nothing to do with the Daphne of mythology.
Crystal Monroe was an exceptionally intelligent mortal who turned down membership with the Mensa to instead strike out on her own and see what the world had to offer in all walks of life. She is a petite beauty with long brown hair and brown eyes who has lived a relatively sheltered life and when she meets Victor … fireworks! "Monroe" was the last name that went with "Daphne" when Antoinette and her friend used to play house as children.
Antonio Marraccini is an unfortunate result of Daphne’s love of people who were as warped as she is. When he sees Alan out by himself and acting normal he figures Alan is on to something and he wants in. When he tries to force Alan to tell him what he wants to know, he learns that it is not wise to cross a family of powerful immortals. Victor Wolfe, a man who storms into the lives of our main characters and then eventually finds some control over his wild disposition. When we first meet Victor we think he is a common criminal. Once again we learn that things are not always what they seem. Victor is a well proportioned man who emanates the feral grace and danger of a wild animal and is well over six feet tall with an untrimmed mane of blonde hair that falls clear to his shoulder blades and brown eyes. "Wolfe" likewise would be a good anglicized family name, it started out as "Von Wolfe" in the phone book. It's a good name to have a nickname also ... "Vic".
Edward Gold, an immortal who feels a great deal of responsibility towards the well being of his immortal "family", so much so that he runs a crematorium with which he assists in the disposal of less than upstanding immortal citizens. The name game. "Edward" was a good British descent kind of name and "Gold" was another short last name that like "Hawk" was entirely made up.
Jessica Reeves is a young woman who is brought into the immortal world to save her life. She is a petite, attractive woman with long brown hair and brown eyes. At first Jessica seems to be a perfect addition, but you know what they say … be careful what you wish for. Jessica never considered all the responsibility that comes with power and can’t cope. "Jessica" was simply a pretty name for an American girl. "Reeves" is a British descent last name but it doesn't have any bearing on this character. It's just a name.
Roberto Suarez is an immortal who runs the "Immortal Youth" cosmetic company. Roberto is a tall distinguished looking man with steel gray hair and brown eyes, who has a distinct air of intelligence about him. Cassandra "Cassie" Michaels, new in Immortal Temptation II, Life Beyond Human, is a young woman who survived an abusive marriage and wants to make sure she doesn't make the same mistake again. She is a petite beauty with long brown hair and brown eyes. She becomes an instructor in Jareth and Alan's joint venture, a self defense training center called A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. Wilhelm Vandenberg, new in Immortal Temptation II, Life Beyond Human. He is an ancient vampire, originally the warrior of a well to do family when he was human. He is a powerfully built man with brown hair and brown eyes. Now, Wilhelm is quite insane, desperately trying to live like he did hundreds of years ago, where he was the “master” and he created “servants” to do his bidding. Antonius Vandenberg, Wilhelm’s brother, introduced in Immortal Temptation II, Life Beyond Human. Antonius was the intellectual one of the Vandenberg family. Now, Antonius is the wise one, endowed with centuries of learning and adapting to the world. He is a handsome man with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. Christopher was always the disciplined one, often keeping his brother out of trouble when they were growing up. The brothers have always been close. Will they find they still have as much in common?
